The material in question was headlined – “corruption deal involving Kumsishvili”. According to it, LTD AMS Airlines conducted flights with their own name, even though they did not have a license. During the hearing it was made clear that the flight was conducted with LTD AMS Airlines plane and crew, but with different company’s name. They had the license to do this. Therefore Council concluded the first principle (accuracy) violation.
