24.12.2018

Material in question was about Georgian Parliament resolution about human right violation in Russian Federation occupied Abkhazia and Tskhinvali regions and “Otkhozoria-Tatunashvili” list. The applicant said that he did not have a chance to respond to National Movement accusation about resolution being flawed. Charter Council thought that the topic of material was not about resolution content, but aimed to show political parties’ opinions about it, therefore, there was no need to answer their opinions. Charter Council thought that the material did not violate ethical principles.
