The material in question was a continuation of Imedi material about possible violations in Ozurgeti City Hall. Journalist tried to learn whether audit office head was really punished for giving Imedi an interview. According to the material, Ozurgeti mayor attended a meeting, where a committee was created for investigating an interview given by the audit office to Imedi. There was no evidence of mayor participating in this meeting given in the report. The Charter decided that first (accuracy) and 5th principle (correction) were violated.
