The main part of the material in question was about Kakha Kaladze briefing. Host and journalist said that Tbilisi Mayor blamed Georgian military in leaving the bodies of their comrades on the battlefield in 2008. In reality, Kakha Kaladze made this accusation towards the government and leading party back then, which was proved by the whole briefing video. Therefore, Charter Council concluded the violation of the first (precision) and 11th (distortion of facts) principles.

Applicant participated in the hearing via phone, because he does not live in Georgia. Responding journalists did not attend the hearing or provide a response.
