Rusudan Giorgadze prepared video on lack of sexual education in Georgia. During reporting she mentioned the TV Series “Sex Education” and said that critics thought that this TV series should be seen by children of all age. The applicant Giorgi Kipiani argued that this was false information, therefore the First principle (accuracy) was not violated.

The case was discussed without hearing as the council had not any addition questions to the parties. The complaint was not upheld.
